1972-74 - As guitarist for West - warms up for Crowbar, Grease Ball Boogie Band, Brutus- audition for Domenic Troiano (Mandala, Bush, the James Gang, The Guess Who) - West backs up Shawne Jackson (The Majestics) with Mike Curtis (Truck) as co-lead singer
- guitarist with J. Samuel’s Blues Band
1973 - obtained University entrance requirements- Grade 13 equivalent- Grade VIII piano, Grade II Rudiments, Grade III Harmony
1975-76 - completed 10 months of guitar lessons with Gary Benson
1980 - airplay - Streets of Ontario CFNY Contest- Paul Sanderson Band and J. Samuel’s Blues Band
1983 - private lesson with Ed Bickert as part of Wilfred Laurier University credit program in jazz with the alumni of the Boss Brass and Phil Nimmons, including Rob McConnell, Pat Labarbera, Don Thompson and Terry Clark among others
1985–90 - Paul Wild & The Style- records with Glen Milchem (Blue Rodeo) and Steve Webster (Billy Idol, Alannah Myles)- Paul Irvine (Corey Hart) producing and arranging
1994 - Fenton Robinson - group master class
1996 - begins recording “Into The Night” - Blue Room’s first album – www.blueroommusic.com
June 2015 - Canoe FM - Interview and on air solo performance - Guitar and Voice
June 2015 - Poetrain Expedition - "Poet/Musician" aboard the Canada Poetrain expedition.
